Hi, I'm Bre! For the past two years, I've had the privilege of working as a trainer, but my journey in fitness began long before that—I’ve been passionate about fitness since high school. Initially, I dreamed of becoming a teacher, but life took a beautiful turn when I became a mom. This experience inspired me to shift my focus and dedicate my energy to helping other women!

As a trainer, I specialize in working with teen girls and women. Creating a safe and supportive environment where we can ALL thrive. My mission is to help you discover the joy of movement and develop a positive mindset towards fitness. Together, we can conquer challenges, build confidence, and embrace the amazing journey of becoming healthier, happier individuals.
